SMS Properties Limited has a number of properties some of which are already used for commercial purposes whilst others are still in development stage.

Projects currently in the SMS Group's pipeline include the building of a complex of around 225 up-market residential units incorporating landscaped gardens and swimming pools.     SMS Properties Ltd is also constantly involved in a number of investment opportunities in real estate.
